How It Started
It began with a cup of coffee. By the time we’d ordered a second cup, we realized we had more in common than careers and family: We shared the same questions about aging.
How would health challenges change the way we lived? And what would it take to stay in our homes, close to the people and communities we love, for as long as possible?
The answer became Civic Telehealth. By blending expertise in telehealth, medicine, law and community-building, we set out to reinvent care for older adults. We envisioned it not as something clinical or intimidating, but as a positive, empowering lifestyle service.
