Civic Telehealth provides new devices, under warranty, to Participants. If a Participant wants to return a device for defects, Civic can assist. Civic will provide the name and address of the proper party to whom the device should be sent, along with instructions about what information the relevant manufacturer requires. Civic cannot assist with returns of devices beyond the warranty period. Civic can offer no warranty other than that which is offered by the manufacturer of your device(s).
